Our automatic tealight production line is able to produce as many as 30000 tealights per hour. It consists of 1 set of ZCHL18 tealight rotary press, 5 sets of tealight assembling equipment (for inserting the wick, tabbing the wick, and putting a tealight in an aluminum cup), 1 set of aluminum cup sorting machine, and 3 conveyor belts. Compared to other tealight production equipments, it is compact, precise, low in noise, easy to operate, low in defects per unit, and good at standing wear and tear. We also have wick dipping machine specially developed to work with this production line.
